Thank you for choosing my store to sell your amazing clothing here at Annies. I truly appreciate your support.
What we accept:
• We accept high-street designer, labelled, and high-end clothing.
• We do take some lower-end brands, depending on fabric quality, style, and overall condition.
• Acceptance of all items is at the discretion of Annie’s.
• We do not accept Temu, The Warehouse, Kmart items, Shein, Pagani or similar brands.
Condition of Clothing:
• All items must be in excellent condition. That means it must be clean with no stains, pulls/holes, or marks.
• We’re happy to steam or iron items if needed.
Drop off & Sorting:
• All clothing will be reviewed after drop-off (not at the time of drop-off).
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be sorted.
• We’ll take great care of your pieces and will contact you if any items are not required and need to be collected.
Packaging & Identification:
• Please include your name and phone number with your clothing.
• Items must be dropped off in bags or boxes – these may not be returned.
Payments:
• Payouts are made every 4–6 weeks.
• Sale price less GST (15%) is split 50/50.
Time in store and Sale process
• Items will be displayed at a price set by Annie and may be discounted should they not sell initially.
• If you would like your unsold clothing returned at the end of the season, this must be stated at drop-off. If not stated, items may be kept and re-listed for a following season or donated to charity.
• Un-sold clothing must be picked up within 2 weeks of notification it is ready for collection. We are able to donate to local charity shops on your behalf should you not want items returned.
